To be covered by Tradera’s seller protection, items over 200 SEK must be shipped with tracking and insurance. As a seller, you are responsible for being able to show that the item has been delivered, and this responsibility applies until the buyer has actually received it.

We understand that you’ve done your part, but as a seller, your responsibility is for the item to reach the buyer. If anything happens during transport, you need to file a claim with the shipping company in order to receive compensation.

For the seller protection to apply, the item must be packed according to the courier’s requirements. If anything is damaged during transport, it is you as the seller who must file a claim to receive compensation.

If you notice any issues when collecting the return, contact us within 48 hours and we will review the case and see how we can assist you in the best way.

The refund to the buyer will still be processed. The return will then be sent to Tradera and stored for up to 3 months. If you want to get the item back during that time, we can arrange it for a shipping fee.

If you want, the item can be sent again, and we are happy to help with a new shipping label. Otherwise, the purchase can be canceled and refunded, and you will then get back the commission fee.

When you issue a refund to the buyer, the commission fee is also refunded to you.
